What we collect

• Your account details: your email address, and your Google or Microsoft account identifier if you sign in that way.
• What you add to SagaJoe: your agency, your clients, the client websites you ask Joe to read, and the facts you approve or add.
• Public pages of those client websites, which Joe reads to build and check each brief.

How we use it

To build each client's brief, check it for changes, and send you account emails such as confirmations and password resets.

Where it's stored

SagaJoe's application and database run on Microsoft Azure in the Canada East region.

Who processes it for us

Microsoft Azure hosts the service and sends our email. AI model providers process the text of client web pages to extract facts. [Draft: list the providers and their data terms.]

Separation

Each agency's data is isolated, and each client's brief is kept separate.

Your choices

You can download or delete your personal data from your account settings, or ask us by email.
